Subaru Canada is proud to announce 4,401 units retailed in the month of October, marking an 11.7 percent growth year-over-year, an increase that mirrors the company’s year-to-date success of 11.7 percent.

The volume leader for Subaru Canada’s October sales success was spearheaded by the Forester compact SUV. Earning a 30.9 percent growth thanks to 1,228 sold units, the Forester bested the Subaru Outback’s equally impressive 958 sales. Third in volume for the month was the recently released 2016 Crosstrek, which tallied 812 vehicles to represent a 24.2 percent growth. Other notable mentions for Subaru sales include the Impreza benefitting from 779 sales, up 22.1 percent year-over-year, and the WRX / WRX STI collected a robust 49.0 percent growth when compared to October of last year.
“It is humbling to see such a wide range of our Subaru product portfolio being recognized by Canadians with the amazing job our dealer network is doing day in and day out,” said Shiro Ohta, chairman, president and CEO of Subaru Canada, Inc. “The same durability, quality and reliability is built into each and every one of our vehicles equally, as is a dedication to safety, and Canadians are recognizing the benefits that this is able to provide their individual or family lifestyle needs.”
